President, Erasmus+ Project Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stephanie is involved in several areas: Together with her husband, she manages the apartments in Ferchergasse in Vienna, develops and oversees European projects, especially within the framework of Erasmus+, and also contributes her many years of experience as a yoga and Pilates trainer.<\/p>\n

Her approach to movement is holistic: As a certified yoga teacher, Pilates Professional Coach, and graduate of a yoga therapy training with Dr. Peter Poeckh, she understands movement as the key to health, mindfulness, and quality of life.<\/p>\n

She is passionately involved in international project work, especially when it involves working with young people and topics such as sustainability, inclusion, or mental health. Designing and implementing Erasmus+ projects are among her key responsibilities at Tredu Club. <\/p>\n

Stephanie enjoys being active, whether swimming, bouldering, hiking, or simply spending time in nature. This personal connection to movement and restorative lifestyles is also reflected in her involvement with Tredu Club. As a trained adult educator, she combines pedagogical understanding with practical experience, bringing diverse perspectives to her work. <\/p>\n<\/div>

Secretary<\/strong><\/p>\n

Johannes Gutmann is an educator specializing in special and therapeutic education, a certified special education teacher, and a systemic family therapist specializing in children and adolescents. He has been working for many years in the fields of education, counseling, and psychosocial support and has extensive experience working with children and adolescents with a variety of social, emotional, and educational needs. <\/p>\n

A particular focus of his work is on inclusion, individualized support, and assisting young people facing challenging life situations. Throughout his professional career, he has worked in areas such as academic support, career guidance for disadvantaged youth, counseling for students, and in therapeutic and social-educational settings. As a result, he brings a broad understanding of the diverse realities of young people\u2019s lives and their support needs. <\/p>\n

At Tredu Club, Johannes brings his experience to bear particularly in the further development of inclusive and supportive educational and youth programs. It is important to him to support young people in a respectful, resource-oriented manner and as equals, and to create spaces where they can develop, get involved, and gain new perspectives. His experience in education, counseling, and psychotherapy provides the Tredu Club board with an important professional perspective in the areas of youth, inclusion, and personal development.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Christian Rank<\/h2>\n

Treasurer, Erasmus+ project coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n

Christian Rank, together with his wife, owns and operates the Ferchergasse apartments in Vienna. With a background in economics, he brings sound expertise in business management, organization, and financial planning \u2013 also to his role as treasurer at Tredu Club. <\/p>\n

He is actively involved in the development and implementation of Erasmus+ projects and particularly supports the organizational and financial aspects of international partnerships.<\/p>\n

Sport and exercise are essential ways for him to unwind: whether hiking, bouldering, or swimming, he prefers being outdoors. This enthusiasm for nature, sustainability, and personal development also informs his work at Tredu Club. <\/p>\n
