Erasmus+ Youth Exchange for young people aged 16-22 in Vienna 10\/02 – 18\/02\/26<\/p>\n

The application phase is already closed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How can young people take an active stance against discrimination, intolerance and violence? The Erasmus+ youth project ECAPT<\/strong> provides answers – using art, dance and theater as tools for change. <\/p>\n

From February 10 to 18, 2026<\/strong>, 25 young people and 5 group leaders<\/strong> from Austria, Cyprus, Lithuania, Poland and Portugal<\/strong> will meet in Vienna. Together, they will explore the social impact of exclusion – and discover their own creative voice. <\/p>\n

Aims of the project<\/h3>\n

ECAPT aims to give young people the tools they need to tackle social challenges in a creative and reflective way. The focus is on: <\/p>\n

    Promoting tolerance and solidarity<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Anchoring the project content in the local communities<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The project is part of the Erasmus+ program<\/strong> and is in line with its goal of strengthening young people in their development and giving them space for active, democratic action.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Methods & activities<\/h3>\n

    The participants work in international groups and take part in workshops based on non-formal education:<\/p>\n

      Artistic workshops<\/strong> (painting, posters, creative forms of expression)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Dance and movement work<\/strong> to promote self-expression and empowerment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Theater of the Oppressed<\/strong> and Forum Theater against Discrimination<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Cultural evenings<\/strong> and exchange formats that celebrate diversity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The aim is to develop a strong sense of community, experience European identity and create their own projects such as performances and exhibitions<\/strong> – as a voice against exclusion and for an inclusive society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
