The Wings for Life World Run🏃♀️🌍❤️ is a worldwide charity run where everyone starts at the same time, whether you are running, walking or in a wheelchair. The event is organized as the largest fundraiser for the non-profit Wings for Life Foundation, which has a clear goal: to find a cure for paraplegia. The best thing about it: 100% of the entry fees and donations go directly to spinal cord research.
What is special about the run? 🚗💨
There is no classic finish line: 30 minutes after the start, the Catcher Car sets off and as soon as it catches up with you, your run is over. So everyone can take part and everyone finishes in their own way.

The next Wings for Life World Run is on Sunday, May 10, 2026. The global start is at 11:00 UTC, here in Austria at 13:00.
How can you take part? 🙌
You have two simple options:
App Run (possible everywhere): You start where you want, the app accompanies you and the virtual Catcher Car “chases” you 🎧📱
At an official event/location: For example, at flagship runs or organized app run events (subject to availability).
