Gini Rendl
President
Gini Rendl is an experienced trainer and therapist with an impressive career in sports, prevention and rehabilitation. With a Master of Arts in psychomotor skills (summa cum laude) from the University of Vienna and numerous further training courses in the health and movement sector, she combines scientific knowledge with practical experience.
As a swimming and triathlon coach, she has accompanied athletes at national and international competitions and was co-coach of the Kona Aquatics Team in Hawaii. She worked as head coach at SC Hakoah Vienna, led swimming teams at the Maccabi Games and supported athletes at the World and European Triathlon Championships.
In addition to her work as a coach, Regina is also a climbing therapist, certified medical masseuse and specializes in preventative coaching, functional training and orthopaedically correct movement patterns. She has also been working as a therapist for the Austrian national diving team since 2024.
She has achieved great sporting success herself – including several podium places at IRONMAN Austria, IRONMAN South Africa and IRONMAN Nice as well as top participations at the IRONMAN World Championships in Hawaii.
Regina stands for a holistic and sustainable approach to exercise, whether in the water, on land or in mental training.
Stephanie Rank
Secretary, Erasmus+ Project Manager
Stephanie is involved in several areas: Together with her husband, she manages the apartments in Ferchergasse in Vienna, develops and oversees European projects, especially within the framework of Erasmus+, and also contributes her many years of experience as a yoga and Pilates trainer.
Her approach to movement is holistic: As a certified yoga teacher, Pilates Professional Coach, and graduate of a yoga therapy training with Dr. Peter Poeckh, she understands movement as the key to health, mindfulness, and quality of life.
She is passionately involved in international project work, especially when it involves working with young people and topics such as sustainability, inclusion, or mental health. Designing and implementing Erasmus+ projects are among her key responsibilities at Tredu Club.
Stephanie enjoys being active, whether swimming, bouldering, hiking, or simply spending time in nature. This personal connection to movement and restorative lifestyles is also reflected in her involvement with Tredu Club. As a trained adult educator, she combines pedagogical understanding with practical experience, bringing diverse perspectives to her work.

Christian Rank
Treasurer, Erasmus+ project coordination
Christian Rank, together with his wife, owns and operates the Ferchergasse apartments in Vienna. With a background in economics, he brings sound expertise in business management, organization, and financial planning – also to his role as treasurer at Tredu Club.
He is actively involved in the development and implementation of Erasmus+ projects and particularly supports the organizational and financial aspects of international partnerships.
Sport and exercise are essential ways for him to unwind: whether hiking, bouldering, or swimming, he prefers being outdoors. This enthusiasm for nature, sustainability, and personal development also informs his work at Tredu Club.
With his structured approach and hands-on mentality, Christian makes a significant contribution to ensuring that projects are implemented not only in terms of content, but also in an economically sustainable way.
