Building Skills Together—for Physical Activity, Community, and a New Sports Model for Vienna.
“Exercise Brings People Together: Staying Healthy and Active Together ” (project acronym BEGGA) is an Erasmus+ sports mobility project through which Tredu Club is expanding its organizational and technical expertise in the field of community sports. The project focuses on how low-threshold, low-cost physical activity programs can be firmly established directly in Vienna’s neighborhoods—without pressure to perform, without high barriers to entry, but with a strong sense of community.
As a young sports club, Tredu Club is still in the process of building its organizational structure. Through job shadowing and internships with our experienced partner organization in Cyprus, we’re gaining practical, real-world knowledge about club management, volunteer coordination, and the implementation of community-based sports programs—and applying it directly to our work in Vienna.
